    Martin will share how KION GROUP planned and executed a large-scale migration of over 4,000 virtual machines to Microsoft’s Premium SSD v2 to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The session covers the business case, automation approach, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) standards used to navigate technical and organizational challenges. It’s a practical look at managing complex cloud changes in a large enterprise environment.
